Sunbase brings together good vibes, ideas, capital, resources, and talent to build the best ideas into great companies. The client wanted a beautiful marketing tool that is different from other sites in the industry and has elements of their preference: sunset lamp aesthetic, gradients, Gaussian blur, minimal lined illustrations and more.
Under Fujee Design, I worked with the client to come up with the overall style, created layouts that can deliver the contents effectively, found suitable fonts and colours, and supervised and gave feedback to external developers who helped with the backend of the website.
It was challenging to work on this project, given the very tight deadline and work experience with overseas developers from a few timezones behind. There was a technical issue with the website form in the launch party, but from the flaws and mistakes, I have learnt how to do better screening when hiring external people and better quality control when handling final projects to clients.
